We work with each client to design the best equipment package to meet the needs of the event. For reference, below are the smallest and largest packages we offer. Prices listed are initial quotes based on a typical three-hour event anywhere on the island of Oahu. These prices will be adjusted based on the specifics of the event. All equipment packages include delivery, set-up and breakdown.
An HSR staff member will be present throughout the event to run the equipment and provide event support.
Small Package
Our smallest package would be appropriate for a small event which requires pre-recorded music and speeches (for sound reinforcement of live bands, see Large Package). iPods can be plugged in for clean, crisp amplified sound through our two raised QSC speakers while the subwoofer contributes a strong low-end. A single vocal mic is included for speeches and announcements.

Large Package
The largest package HRS can provide would be appropriate for a large event with a live multi-instrument band. Our digital mixer can support up to 8 mono mic/line channel inputs and 4 mono microphone or stereo line channel inputs. A subwoofer and two main speakers provide ample sound for the crowd while two monitor speakers ensure quality sound for the performers.

Recording & Post-Production Services
Live sound recording (music and speeches) is available. These recordings can be paired with video footage to create a high-quality event video. Our digital mixer can record 16 channels simultaneously. The rate for recording is $50/hr of recording. This rate includes a DVD of raw audio (individual channels), basic mixing of live music audio (one MP3), and any coordination with videographers. |
DJ & MC Services
We are able to provide emcee and DJ services for private events. The rate for these services is $100 per hour. Please contact us to discuss your event needs in detail.
